My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.

Nothing bad in this!
1/4 cup Carrot Juice 1-2 Scoops Protein Powder 1 frozen banana 1+ cup water 1/4-1/2 cup Muesli (this one contains raisins, almonds, puffed wheat, dried rasberries, +) ice Blend well and Enjoy... It's delish!!
