My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.
That's 365 Smoothie's of all varieties.
So drink for the health of it with me for the new year!

Bountiful Blueberries
1 Banana
1/2-1 cup blueberries
1 cup Almond Milk
Sprinkle with Chia Seeds (these are higher in antioxidant than blueberries and good for Omega-3's)
Blend well!
