Spin-berry smoothie

1 frozen banana
8-10 strawberries
2 cups red grapes
2 handfuls spinach
1" peeled ginger
1 cup frozen blueberries

Blend well! This tastes nice and fresh with the ginger!

Kiwi-Nana



2 Kiwi's peeled
6 Pears- cored
2 cutie oranges peeled
1/2 frozen banana
ice
Blend well and enjoy the delicious smoothie!
This was another one of those use up the fruit before I leave town 
and no greens left in the frig.  It was Delicious!  
This made 2 servings like a dessert cup.

My Oatmeal plus more!

This is the ingredients for my morning oatmeal pretty much, plus a bit more!
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 avocado
2 celery stalks with tops
1/2 carrot
1/2 cup muesli
2 prunes
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Blend well!  This is really good!

Parsley Perfection


This recipe is from the Big Book of Green Smoothies by Green Smoothie Girl
1 1/2 C water
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch Mixed greens, spinach, kale
1/8 cup raw honey (local if possible)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 lg pink grapefruit, peeled
1 pear
1 banana frozen
1/4 whole lemon (including peel)
1 cup mixed berries
Blend really well
Add ice and blend well again!

A bigger blender than mine will blend this smooth!

1 Kiwi peeled
1 Pear-cored
1 cup water
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 handful greens/baby Kale
Blend well
Add ice and blend again.  Nice flavor!

This is a little variation of the recipe yesterday

2 bunches mixed greens or kale
4 cutie oranges peeled1orange juiced
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup water
Chocolate Protein powder
Chia seeds
Ice

2 cuties
Scoop of protein powder
Handful of kale
1 cup fresh squeezed oj

Ice
Blend

Carrie's Dreamsicle Smoothie


Dreamsicle- oranges, sweet potato with skin, banana,Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla protein powder and ice. Yum!  Thanks Carrie : )  This was really good!

Strawberry Banana Bliss

Juice from 2 oranges
enough water to bring the juice up to 2 cups
1-2 hands of mixed greens
1 frozen banana
2 cups strawberries
2 dates cut up and remove seed
flax seed
Blend well & enjoy!

Green Banana

1 cup vanilla Almond Milk
1-2 cups Kale spinach mix
Chocolate Protein Powder
1 spoon Peanut Butter ( I love Better 'n Peanut Butter)
Blend well and get ready for a delicious breakfast drink!

I found this recipe on Sparkrecipes and substituted the chocolate syrup for
chocolate protein powder to get more protein in the drink!

Clean out the frig



2 cups water
2-3 cups baby greens
1/3 avocado
1/3 cucumber
1" peeled ginger
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 lime squeezed
1 tsp chia seeds
ice cubes

Blend Well!  Ok so I got a bit carried away on this one...there were so many things in the frig that I needed to dispose of before I left town, so it kind of grew on me...but luckily it was good!
