large handful of Marion blackberries

Salad for breakfast

One and a half cups of water 
two stocks of celery 
five small carrotsa big bunch of spinach squeeze a half lime 
a fourth of an avocado and some ice cubes blend well

It looks like chocolate pudding

3/4 c water
1 date
1/4 avocado
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 c blueberries
1 T chia seeds
1 handful spinach leaves
Blend until smooth
This is a good one!

One scoop chocolate shakeologies
One half package pink lemonade energen -c
1/4 cup Dana coffee 
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
One half frozen banana
Two handfuls of ice
One handful mixed frozen fruit
1 t omega 3 smoothie mixer
1-4 cup or less h20
Place in vitamix 
Smoothie setting
Yummm👍

Flax and brown rice

Pineapple blueberry oatmeal

1 3/4 cups water 
four chunks of frozen pineapple
3 dried plums one date 
1/2 cup coaches oats
Frozen blueberries
Stir in all ingredients until thick
Top with chopped almonds and Pepitas
 seeds and Greek yogurt enjoy

The best oatmeal yet!

This'll make enough oatmeal for two people had one and a half cups of water and a sprinkling of cinnamon 
Let the water boil
6 to 8 pieces of frozen pineapple cut up
Half of an Apple cut up small pieces 
One date cut up
three dried plums 
cut up and add all these ingredients to the water
a half cup of oats
Stir for a few mins until thick
Serve with Greek yogurt and sprinkle with Pepitas seeds
I think this is really when the better oatmeals yet!

Pineapple surprise

I think I may have stumbled upon a new twist on smoothies for breakfast. Not only am I famous for my smoothies, but my oatmeal is pretty darn good! So for the past couple of days  I have tried something different by putting all of the ingredients for the oatmeal into the blender. Blend on medium to break it up but not purée, pour into a bowl and microwave for 1-1/2 mins and you have oatmeal without getting a pan dirty!  It takes a fraction of the time of preparing it on the stove.
3/4 cup water 
1/4 cup of coaches oats 
A few dried cranberries 
A couple of dried plums 
seven or eight raw almonds 
Four- five pieces of frozen pineapple 
Blend on med to break it up

pour into a bowl and microwave for 1-1/2 mins 
Top with Fage Greek Yogurt
Yumm!
