My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.
That's 365 Smoothie's of all varieties.

Spin-berry smoothie
1 frozen banana
8-10 strawberries
2 cups red grapes
2 handfuls spinach
1" peeled ginger
1 cup frozen blueberries
Ice
Blend well! This tastes nice and fresh with the ginger!
