My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year. That's 365 Smoothie's of all varieties. So drink for the health of it with me for the new year!

Parsley Perfection
This recipe is from the Big Book of Green Smoothies by Green Smoothie Girl
1 1/2 C water
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch Mixed greens, spinach, kale
1/8 cup raw honey (local if possible)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 lg pink grapefruit, peeled
1 pear
1 banana frozen
1/4 whole lemon (including peel)
1 cup mixed berries
Blend really well
Add ice and blend well again!
A bigger blender than mine will blend this smooth!
