My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.

Kiwi & Pear
1 Kiwi peeled 1 Pear-cored 1 cup water 1 banana 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt 1 handful greens/baby Kale Blend well Add ice and blend again. Nice flavor!
