My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.

Berries Banana & Oats!
1 cup mixed berries 1 cup Almond milk 1/2 banana 1/2 cup Oatmeal or Muesli Chia Seeds 1/2 cup water Blend well for a delicious breakfast addition!
