1/2 banana (frozen is fine)
1-2 handfuls spinachhandful of grapes (I used red seedless)
handful of pineapple (I used frozen chunks)
1/2 cup water
ground flax seed
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogart
Sprinkle of Muesli (oat mixture) optional
Blend well
Enjoy!
The pineapple makes this nice and sweet : )
