1 Tablespoon Better n Peanut Butter 1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk 1 Frozen Banana 1/2 cup Oatmeal or Museli Vanilla Cinnamon 1/2 cup water Protein Powder Blend well! It's delicious and a great way to start your morning! Just ask Amy : )
