My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.
That's 365 Smoothie's of all varieties.

Green Things
1 cup water 1-2 tsp Chia Seeds 1 ripe pear (cored) 1/4 ripe avocado 2 handfuls greens 1/2"-1" fresh Ginger (peeled) 1/2 lime juiced ice cubes Blend well and serve cold. This is a real pick-me-up!
