My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.
That's 365 Smoothie's of all varieties.
So drink for the health of it with me for the new year!

Banana Blues
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Breeze Milk
3/4 cup blueberries
1 banana (if frozen you won't need to add ice)
sprinkle flax seed
Blend well & enjoy for breakfast, snack or dessert!
