Mocha muscle shake

1/2 cup brewed coffee
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1frozen banana
whey protein chocolate protein powder ice cubes
blend well for a complete protein smoothie. You could also add Chia seeds and oatmeal.
