4 ounces pomegranate juice( I use Pom brand)
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup BlackBerries
6 strawberries
baby spinach
ice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
Blend well! Delicious and refreshing!
