My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.

Kiwi n greens
2 peeled kiwis
2 pears cored
1+ cup water
1 cup frozen pineapple
Chia seeds
Handful spinach
Ice
Blend well!
This was really tasty and light
