A Smoothie A Day 365

My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year. That's 365 Smoothie's of all varieties. So drink for the health of it with me for the new year!

Arugula is tasty!

One cup of water
a teaspoon of peanut butter
one frozen banana frozen blueberries scoop of whey chocolate protein powder handful of Arugula
Sprinkle of Chia seeds
1/2 cup oats
Blend well
This is a really random combo but the flavor is delicious!
