My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.

Breakfast to go!
2-3 hands spinach
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 cup oats
1 pear cored
1/2 cup carrot juice
Chia seeds
1 1/2 cups water
Ice
Blend well & breakfast is served!
