My New Year's Resolution is to make a healthy smoothie every day this year.
That's 365 Smoothie's of all varieties.

Piña Blu
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond milk
Sprinkle with Chia Seeds
Blend well
This mixture will be very thick and cold and makes a great light dessert!
